About us
Founded by a private entrepreneur, Burundi Sweet Coffee is a private company that begins his operation in April 2023. Although it is still in its startup phase, it is one of the most dynamic because of its experienced management teams in the Burundi coffee industry. After acquiring a Washing station located in Karusi (eastern Burundi), Burundi Sweet Coffee took part in its first coffee campaign with the 2023-2024 season. Today, the company has a few thousand coffee trees in Karusi, but plans to extend its activities to Muyinga (north east Burundi) where it has purchased a site for the construction of another washing station. BURUNDI SWEET COFFEE is a member of the INTERCAFE BURUNDI Association, which groups together private coffee producers in Burundi.
